Brief:
| Doctors reaching school is now open to all health professionals who have a heart for missions. Our aim is to release teams of doctors and health professionals investing in communities, imparting life-giving skills, establishing new works amongst the poor and bringing Gods truth and transforming presence into the nations. 12 weeks in Perth followed by a 12 week outreach phase
We will focus on:
Key clinical areas such as Obstetrics and Women's health, HIV/AIDS, Infectious diseases and Paediatrics and how to apply skills in different cultures and in poorly resourced environments.
The heart purity of the practitioner and health professionals
Medicine in comparative religions
Representing the voiceless as doctors
Teaching and multiplication of health care where it is most needed |

Notes:
| Doctors Reaching School will not run in 2009 , the next school will be in October 2010 .Medical Boomerang trips however run atleast twice a year .
Doctors reaching school is open for all health professionals .. Appropriate for junior graduates as well as specialists. A Discipleship Training School [DTS ] with Youth With A Mission [YWAM ] is also a requirement for this course. Please feel free to e mail with questions. |
